Run each check in the city on build v23j and record what you saw. Your result replaces your earlier one for this build; everyone's results show next to each check.
Police and courts
Run it as one story: a ticket, an arrest, a lawyer, a hearing, a sentence. Staff give out the court, District Attorney and Public Defender jobs; anyone can take the private lawyer job at the agency.
